WSB, one of the nation’s fastest-growing design and consulting firms, today announced the acquisition of Poly, Inc., a well-established, employee-owned architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Dothan, Alabama, with additional offices in Birmingham, Alabama and Shalimar, Florida.
The strategic addition of Poly strengthens WSB’s municipal, environmental, and federal design platform, expanding the firm’s ability to support public-sector and government clients navigating complex infrastructure, regulatory, and growth-driven challenges.
“The acquisition of Poly represents a strategic investment in the continued growth of WSB’s municipal, environmental, and federal design capabilities,” said Bret Weiss, President and CEO of WSB. “Poly is widely respected for its technical excellence, responsive client service, and community-centered approach to architecture and engineering. Their expertise complements our existing services and strengthens our ability to deliver integrated infrastructure and facility solutions for our clients. Just as important, our two firms share a common set of values—partnership, integrity, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the communities we serve.”
“Joining WSB is an exciting next chapter for Poly,” said Bruce Bradley, President of Poly. “Poly has always believed that quality engineering and design—guided by strong client relationships—can drive better outcomes for clients and communities. This partnership allows us to build on that foundation while providing our staff and clients access to broader resources, deeper expertise, and new opportunities for collaboration.”
WSB and Poly will work together to integrate their services and develop a coordinated go-to-market approach in 2026 and 2027.
