This site provides access to contract plans and specifications, plan holders lists, addenda, and bid results for projects for which bids are currently being solicited.

Project information including the Advertisement for Bids, Bid Items, Summary of Work, and Plan Holders Lists are available without registration. Prospective registrants may review this information in determining level of interest and/or eligibility to bid the project.

To view/download contract plans and specifications, a one-time process of registering your company will be required. To setup an account for your company, please use this page. After account registration, select the project you are interested in to request access to these documents. All documents are available for download in PDF format.
