Glenn Morgan

Glenn Morgan is a Senior Principal and POLY’s Chairman of the Board. Glenn graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Agricultural Engineering in 1987. During his 25+ years with POLY he has planned, designed and managed numerous municipal sewer, water, recreational and street improvement projects as well as industrial site developments and airport support facility projects. His experience includes water distribution and wastewater system evaluation, design, and construction as well as stormwater management, including runoff analyses and drainage system design. Mr. Morgan’s role has also included all aspects of preliminary project planning and project permitting and administration at the state, federal, and local levels as well as construction management, inspection, and design management. Additionally, he has experience in municipal government planning and construction plan review related to subdivision regulations and zoning ordinances. Glenn is a registered professional engineer in the states of Alabama and Georgia and holds memberships in the National Society of Professional Engineers, Society of American Military Engineers, American Water Resources Association and Association of the United States Army.
