James Brannon
James Brannon is a Senior Principal at POLY. James graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Civil Engineering in 1974 and has been affiliated with POLY for over 40 years. His extensive experience includes preliminary and long range planning documents, engineering reports, cost estimating, design, permitting, inspection, as well as project management of municipal infrastructure projects that include water, wastewater, streets, drainage, industrial parks, community parks, streetscapes, and schools. Additionally, he has experience in the private sector including preliminary planning, cost estimating, design, permitting, inspection and project management for commercial and residential developments, churches, wastewater treatment facilities, on-site sewage disposal facilities and mining operations. James has assisted clients with funding through USDA/RD, HUD, EPA, State Revolving Funds, Community Development Block Grants, ALDOT and private grants and loans. James is a registered professional engineer in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia and holds memberships in the American Waterworks Association, American Society of Civil Engineers and was the former Secretary-Treasurer of the Alabama Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
