Poly worked alongside Eye Designs Group to provide design and construction phase services for the largest optometry office and eyeglasses frame showroom in the Southeast. It was the Client’s vision to provide the foremost service to patients and customers in the area. This interior build-out located on two floors encompasses a total of 20,200 SF including a frames showroom of more than 3,300 SF, 24 optical exam rooms, 12 prescreening rooms, and 6 optical testing rooms. The interior boasts a fresh, modern aesthetic with down lighting, modular wall art, digital media wall and indoor waterfall feature wall.
